Artist Introduction
Hello, Today begins my first blog, or as I will call it An Artist Chatter. My main goal is to share, explore and grow with you my readers and visual consumers with the stories and information. 

• What statements do I want to share about life and the world? 
• What is my creation process?
• Who am I as an artist? ​
• What inspires me to create?

As an introduction, I’m Regina the owner and artist behind Studio Regina Glass. But first and foremost I'm a mom to eight beautiful children. It is they who pull my heart strings and drive my life. While on occasion they push the artist to the back seat. I would never change the course we have traveled. One such journey was my 18 years as an elementary art teacher. Teaching always seemed more of a collaboration between student and teacher. We would inspire each other to learn, grow in compassion and empathy for each other, and the larger world through art. Even today after four years of not being in a classroom it is the daily interaction of students that is missed. I found the need to forge new ways of interaction by means of glass workshops, artist in residence and most recently in educational blogs. Opening up the doors to a new arena of challenge. I look forward to you entering the arena with me, hearing your ideas and opinions. I consider Art to be a conversation.
